The aim is to enrich employees' leisure lives, further strengthen team cohesion, improve teamwork and collaboration, and better provide high-quality products and services to customers.

July 30 On the [date], the event officially kicked off. First, General Manager Zhao Yongyou reviewed the company's development history: "For twenty-three years, many colleagues have witnessed the development of Yongyou. From a three-person company at its inception to today's team of over fifty; from a micro-enterprise with annual sales of hundreds of thousands of yuan to today's high-tech enterprise with annual sales of over 70 million yuan; from undertaking only dozens of cubic meters of cold storage to successfully building tens of thousands of square meters of multi-functional three-dimensional cold storage; from initial agency sales and installation to today's research, development, and manufacturing, filling a gap in the province; we independently research and develop, constantly striving for progress, and have now obtained nearly thirty national patents, becoming one of the most influential refrigeration companies in China..." Then, General Manager Zhao Yongyou announced the start of the employee skills competition and wished all contestants excellent results.

Based on the company's actual situation, this skills competition includes events such as oxygen welding, electric welding, argon arc welding, beveling, workpiece polishing, pipe bending, flaring, electrician wire crimping, and office staff shorthand.

            Through the skills competition, outstanding contestants from various trades emerged, with 8 comrades winning first prize, 10 comrades winning second prize. The employee skills competition inspired the work enthusiasm of the vast number of employees, creating a positive atmosphere of "everyone learning skills, everyone striving to be the best," and setting off a wave of labor competitions focused on comparison, learning, catching up, helping, and surpassing. Currently, all factory employees are using the professional skills competition as an opportunity to focus on their work, diligently study and practice, overcome difficulties, and strive to successfully complete this year's various work tasks.

This team-building activity also included chess, billiards, table tennis, badminton, shuttlecock kicking, skipping rope, karaoke OK and many other cultural and sports activities and competitions. The event was both passionate and warm and harmonious.
