The 32nd International Refrigeration Exhibition concludes successfully

The 32nd China Refrigeration Exhibition was successfully held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center from April 7th to 9th, 2021. This year's exhibition, themed "Strengthening the Foundation, Prioritizing Quality, Synergizing Domestic and International Efforts, and Promoting Low-Carbon Development," brought together over 1200 exhibitors from the global HVACR industry, with well-known domestic and international brands making an appearance.
The three-day exhibition attracted nearly 63,000 professional visitors and buyers, creating a lively atmosphere. Our company showcased screw two-stage parallel units and multi-condition unequal-capacity screw parallel units, successfully attracting numerous industry colleagues and senior refrigeration experts from home and abroad, earning widespread praise.

Advantages of the screw two-stage parallel unit:
The two-stage system can match the most suitable two-stage compression system for users based on different operating conditions and cooling capacity requirements.
It can simultaneously handle both medium-high and low-temperature loads, making it particularly suitable for quick-freezing projects. The initial cooling phase of a quick-freezing project is a high-temperature load, while the subsequent freezing phase is a low-temperature load. The suction of the high-pressure stage compressor in the two-stage system can switch between the system return gas and the intermediate pressure pipe.
The two-stage system can adopt a parallel unit configuration and can also use unequal-capacity parallel units. The advantages of this application are that users can achieve precise cooling capacity matching; and precise cooling capacity adjustment can also be easily achieved.

Integrating compressors for different operating conditions saves machine room space and unit investment.
The special design using a shared high-pressure side reduces the number of condensing units, lowering initial investment.
Reduces refrigeration piping, simplifies the system, and shortens the construction period.
The customized FOREVER control program actively controls the operation of different compressors, matching the compressor load with the terminal evaporator. The unit and terminal can also be integrated for control, with remote expansion capabilities.
