The two-stage matching system can match the most suitable two-stage compression system for users according to different operating conditions and different cooling capacity requirements. According to the characteristics of the system load, the system intermediate pressure and the model and quantity of high and low pressure compressors can be flexibly selected to improve the system energy efficiency.
● Can simultaneously handle medium and high temperature and low temperature loads. In the application of the two-stage matching system, the low-temperature load is inhaled by the low-pressure compressor, and the medium and high-temperature load can be achieved by a set of units simultaneously carrying high-temperature warehouses and low-temperature quick-freezing warehouses through the intermediate pressure pipe replenishment method. The two-stage matching system is particularly suitable for quick-freezing projects. The initial cooling of the quick-freezing warehouse is a high-temperature load, and the later freezing is a low-temperature load. The suction of the high-pressure compressor in the two-stage matching system can be switched between the system return gas and the intermediate pressure pipe. In the initial cooling stage, only the high-pressure compressor needs to be opened to cool the system without using a suction pressure limiting device; when the warehouse temperature is lowered to a certain extent, the low-pressure compressor is started for two-stage compression cooling. In this way, the cooling speed of the entire system will be significantly improved compared with the traditional single-stage compression system and single-unit two-stage system, and it is also more energy-efficient.
