Aluminum finned tube evaporator


Equipment Performance Introduction

● Special Structure

Aluminum fin and tube are die-cast in one piece. The fins increase the heat exchange surface area with the air. The inner wall of the fin tube has an internal screw thread structure, which increases the heat exchange area with the refrigerant while reducing the cross-sectional area, increasing the flow rate of the fluid in the tube and resulting in a thin oil film thickness on the inner surface. Expert experiments have confirmed that a 0.1mm difference in oil film thickness results in a 2.5°C surface temperature difference. The fins of the aluminum alloy finned tube are parallel to the aluminum tube, forming a plate-like shape. The formed aluminum array equally fixes the plate-like finned tubes, forming several equal channels. When the refrigeration system is working, the cold air forms a flue effect in the channels, accelerating the sinking and increasing convection, thus the cooling speed is very fast. When the set temperature is reached, the compressor stops running, saving a lot of electricity.

● Good Thermal Conductivity, High Pressure Resistance

Aluminum alloy has excellent thermal conductivity, which reduces the temperature difference between the evaporator temperature of the refrigerating machine and the outer surface temperature of the aluminum array, increases the evaporation temperature, increases the energy efficiency ratio of the compressor, and reduces energy consumption; the reasonable structural design greatly improves the heat transfer efficiency compared with the bare tube, and at the same time, the stiffness of the fins and the pressure resistance strength inside the tube are greatly improved.

● Well-designed, High Efficiency, Long Service Life

The projection area and evaporation area ratio of the aluminum array can be 1:3 or 1:4, so that the aluminum array can be completely installed on the top of the cold storage. This, firstly, makes the heat transfer capacity per unit evaporation area more efficient and energy-saving than using wall-mounted arrays; secondly, it has a certain cold storage effect, reduces the frequent start-up rate of the compressor, and saves some energy consumption. The system is clean and has a long service life. The inside of the tube has been specially processed, extending the service life of the components. It also meets food hygiene standards.

● Light Weight, Easy Installation, Less Food Loss

The aluminum array is suspended from the ceiling, forming a direct-cooling natural convection heat transfer, minimizing the loss of the cooled food; the food preservation effect is good, the moisture in the food is not easy to evaporate, so less frost is formed on the aluminum array; the humidity in the warehouse is moderate, the temperature is stable, the constant temperature and humidity effect is good, and the equipment operating cost is reduced, achieving comprehensive energy saving.

● Small Refrigerant Usage

Refrigerants ammonia and fluorine are universally applicable, expanding the scope of application. The internal screw thread structure inside the tube saves materials and reduces the amount of refrigerant used.
