Project Introduction：

The construction area of the cold store is 14,000 square meters, and the total designed storage capacity is 17,360 tons, all for 0°C pear storage. The refrigeration unit adopts the Bitzer screw-type parallel unit. The refrigeration system uses refrigerant pump and the circulative full-liquid supply, which overcomes the loss of resistance in the system, realizes long-distance liquid supply, and greatly improves the full liquid evaporation, thus dramatically enhancing the cooling efficiency. The defrost method is automatic hot fluorine defrost, which is easy to operate and energy efficient. The refrigeration system adopts the PCL control and is supported by the cloud technology to realize on-line real-time data monitoring with mobile apps and automatic SMS alarm.
