Project Introduction:

Xianghuang Banner Yongxia Animal Husbandry Development Co., Ltd. is a key support project of the Inner Mongolia autonomous region government. It mainly develops the in-depth processing of cattle and sheep, and extends the industrial chain, including multiple rooms such as low temperature refrigeration storage warehouse, dual temperature warehouse, acid discharge warehouse, quick freezing warehouse, etc., with a daily slaughter amount of 70 tons.

Equipment Plan:

The Bitzer unequal double temperature screw parallel unit and the barrel pump combination device are adopted by the refrigeration system of the project, the ceiling air cooler is adopted by the acid discharge storage, the aluminium alloy blade collection tube evaporator is adopted by the low temperature refrigerated storage, the aluminium alloy rack + air cooler forced ventilation is adopted by the quick-freeze storage, and the aluminium alloy blade collection tube evaporator (cold storage) and ceiling air cooler (quick-freeze) are adopted by the double temperature storage.

Plan Advantages:

The Bitzer unequal double temperature screw parallel unit is adopted, which is new and efficient. The Freon barrel pump combination device can guarantee long-distance fluid supply, and a control system is adopted, for convenient centralized design and realizing automation.

The aluminum alloy blade collection pipe evaporator is adopted by the low temperature storage. The aluminum alloy blade collection tube evaporator (cold storage) and ceiling air cooler (quick-freeze) are superimposed for refrigerating. It has a higher evaporation heat exchange efficiency, and a sound cooling effect, together with hot fluorin defrosting, it reduces the cost of manual defrosting, and effectively prevents the loss of food.
