Project Introduction:

The project is located in Binhai New Area, Tianjin City, with a total reconstruction area of 6500 square meters. A low temperature finished product warehouse of 3500 tons at -18°C is built, the warehouse height is 8m, and high shelves are used for storage inside the warehouse.

Plan Advantages:

The Freon (R507A) environmental protection refrigerant is adopted by the refrigeration system, which directly expands for fluid supply, with automatic hot gas defrosting. 

It makes the refrigeration system more reasonable, more economical and more reliable.

One YBLD3-75YJ low temperature screw parallel compressors unit (Bitzer compressor) is adopted by the refrigerating unit, equipped with an evaporative condenser. The ceiling type air cooler is selected by the evaporator inside the warehouse. 

The PLC+ central computer centralized control management system is adopted by the refrigeration system, with functions such as cold room temperature, defrosting, machinery equipment operating state and fault alarm display, parameter setting, recording, history query, report printing, etc. The machinery equipment is started and stopped at the computer operation interface and the remote mobile terminal, and the evaporator is defrosted, to realize real-time short message alarm notification, and real-time data browse setting. 

The pump circulating ethylene glycol aqueous solution is adopted for the antifreezing of low temperature warehouse floor level. The waste heat recovery of the unit is used to heat to constant temperature of ethylene glycol aqueous solution. Guarantee the constant temperature antifreezing of the floor level.
