Project Introduction:

The cold store in the refrigerated logistics project of Jiaxing Food & Meat Co., Ltd. is divided into 4 floors with a total capacity of 18,000 tons. Located on the west side is a refrigerated room for frozen items with a storage capacity of about 12,000 tons, and the one on the west side of the first floor has a refreezing cabin inside with a freezing capacity of 30 tons. Located on the east side is a refrigerated room for preserved items with a storage capacity of 6000 tons (preserved fresh vegetables). The ice making room and the ice storage room are located on the first floor with the ice making capacity of 30 tons / 24 hours. The ice storage room capacity is 150 tons, with the daily inbound volume of 30 tons.

Equipment Plan:

The system applies the R507A environmentally friendly refrigerant. The low-temperature system is equipped with one YBLD5-125YJ low-temperature screw-type parallel unit; the high-temperature system is equipped with two YBLK3-110YJ high-temperature screw-type parallel units, and the ice-making system is equipped with two sets of direct-cooling ice-making equipment.

Plan Advantages:

The units adopt flash-type economizers, which effectively improve the energy efficiency of the equipment. The PLC control can be linked with the terminal for remote control. The low-temperature storehouse realizes full-liquid evaporation on the evaporator, which features higher heat exchange efficiency of evaporation. The high-temperature storehouse uses Alfa Laval air coolers and water-flushing defrost, which is efficient and energy-saving.
