Project Introduction:

The project is a multi-story cold store which is divided into two units with a designed capacity of 20,000 tons, including 16,000 tons of low-temperature storage and 4,000 tons of high-temperature fresh storage. The project was completed in September 2014 and successfully passed the acceptance by experts.

Equipment Plan:

The compressor of the refrigeration system of this project applies the Bitzer screw-type and piston-type parallel units. The low-temperature storehouse evaporator adopts aluminum alloy finned tubes, supported by hot nitrogen defrost. The high-temperature storehouse applies the world-known Alfa Laval air coolers supported by water-flushing defrost. The cold store applies polyurethane spray for insulation.

Plan Advantages:

It uses the Bitzer screw-type and piston-type parallel units, which are new, efficient and stable. The PLC control system enables remote monitoring. The low-temperature storehouse uses aluminum alloy finned tube evaporators instead of traditional steel tubes, which has higher evaporative heat transfer efficiency. The latest thermal fluorine defrost system reduces the defrost time, lowers the cost of manual defrost, and effectively represses the fluctuation of the storehouse temperature. The high-temperature storehouse uses Alfa Laval air coolers. The defrost pool and the evaporative cooling share one circulation pool to realize energy recycling and reuse, high efficiency and energy conservation.
