Yongyou Refrigeration | Xi'an Liheng Logistics Park No. 2 Warehouse Cold Storage Project Officially Starts Construction

Recently, the construction of the No. 2 warehouse cold storage renovation project at the Xi'an Liheng Logistics Park officially commenced in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province. The cold storage covers an area of approximately 15,000 square meters, with a total storage capacity of approximately 13,000 tons. It includes a 7℃ temperature-controlled passageway, a -20℃~-25℃ low-temperature cold storage, a 0℃~-20℃ variable-temperature cold storage, and a quick-freezing ice-plate cold storage with a daily freezing capacity of 45 tons.

Recently, the renovation project of Warehouse No. 2 cold storage in Xi'an Liheng Logistics Park officially commenced construction in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province. The cold storage construction area is approximately 15,000 square meters, with a total storage capacity of approximately 13,000 tons, including a 7℃ temperature-controlled passageway, a -20℃~-25℃ low-temperature cold storage, a 0℃~-20℃ variable-temperature cold storage, and an ice-plate quick-freezing cold storage with a daily freezing capacity of 45 tons.

The refrigeration unit adopts the "Yongyou" brand Bizzer screw parallel unit, which can control the number of compressors started according to the requirements of the cold room usage, achieving automatic energy adjustment, making the system operation more energy-efficient and stable.

The evaporator uses the internationally renowned brand Kelon air cooler. Based on the cold room structural characteristics, heat load distribution, and temperature control accuracy requirements, different air supply methods are designed to ensure a uniform temperature field in the cold room. The air cooler uses hot gas defrosting, which is highly efficient and energy-saving, facilitates intelligent control, and reduces user maintenance costs.

A PLC+central computer integrated control management system is adopted to achieve cold room temperature control, equipment status monitoring, fault alarm, parameter configuration, and data record query, supporting computer/mobile terminal remote control of equipment start/stop and defrosting, real-time SMS alarm and remote monitoring functions.
