Good news! The "Henan Zhenghua Construction Co., Ltd. Zhengbei Agricultural and Sideline Products Cold Chain Logistics Port Phase II Project Cold Storage Installation Project," constructed by our company, was recently completed and successfully delivered to the client.

I. About the Zhengbei Agricultural and Sideline Products Cold Chain Logistics Port

The Zhengbei Agricultural and Sideline Products Cold Chain Logistics Port is a provincial-level cold chain logistics demonstration park in Henan Province. Invested and constructed by Henan Tongmeng Cold Chain Storage Co., Ltd., it is a comprehensive cold chain industrial park committed to the development of the cold chain logistics industry, integrating low-temperature storage, agricultural product processing and distribution, agricultural and sideline product trading and exhibition, food research and development and testing, and public information services.

  The Zhengbei Agricultural and Sideline Products Cold Chain Logistics Port project covers a total area of 310 mu (approximately 20.6 hectares) with a total construction area of 204,000 square meters and a total investment of 660 million yuan. The project is divided into two phases. Phase I, No. 1 cold storage, has an area of over 18,000 square meters, and Phase II, No. 2 cold storage, has an area of over 10,000 square meters, with a total cold storage capacity exceeding 50,000 tons.

II. Yongyou Refrigeration Equipment Support

The low-temperature warehouse in Phase I uses "Yongyou" YBLD4-160YJ low-temperature screw parallel units, equipped with 11m³ barrel pumps. The constant temperature passage and high-temperature warehouse use "Yongyou" multi-suction screw parallel compressor units YBLK3-90+3-70YJ.

The low-temperature warehouse in Phase II uses "Yongyou" YBLD3-160YJ+2-125YJ low-temperature screw parallel units, and the constant temperature passage uses "Yongyou" YBLK2-80Y Bizzer high-temperature screw parallel units; the processing workshop uses "Yongyou" outdoor compressor condensing units. All compressors are of the Bizzer brand.

The evaporators in the multi-layer low-temperature warehouse of Phase I use ceiling-mounted double-wing aluminum alloy finned tubes, equipped with finger-command hot gas defrosting. The multi-layer high-temperature warehouse of Phase I and the fully automatic low-temperature three-dimensional warehouse and assembled warehouse of Phase I and II use Kelowin air coolers, equipped with automatic hot gas defrosting.

The refrigeration system uses a PLC+central computer centralized control and management system, with functions such as cold room temperature display, defrosting, machine equipment operation status and fault alarm display, parameter setting, recording, historical query, and report printing. It also allows for starting and stopping equipment and evaporator defrosting through the computer operating interface and remote mobile terminal instructions, achieving real-time SMS alarm reminders and real-time data monitoring.

Through the joint efforts and cooperation of multiple parties, the project was recently successfully completed. All Yongyou units are operating smoothly and efficiently. In the future, Yongyou will continue to follow up on the project, providing professional technical support and dedicated service. We strive to be a solid backing for the future "super vegetable basket" in the northern Henan region, contributing to the "going out and bringing in" of Henan agricultural and sideline products, and also contributing to the construction of China's intelligent cold chain logistics!
