Aluminum Finned Tube Evaporator

●Special Structure

Aluminum fins and tubes are formed in one die-casting. The fins expand the surface to increase heat exchange with the air. The inner wall of the fin tube is an internally threaded structure, in which the cross-sectional area becomes smaller while the heat exchange area with the refrigerant turns larger. The flow velocity in the tube becomes higher, and the thickness of the oil film formed on the inner surface gets thinner. Expert experiments have proved that the temperature difference will reach 2.5C when the oil film thickness is 0.1mm. The aluminum alloy finned tube is parallel to the aluminum tube to form a sheet-like shape. The formed aluminum bar fixes the sheet-shaped finned tube equally to form several equal channels. When the refrigeration system is working, the cold air forms a flue effect in the channel. The sinking and the convection is accelerated, so the cooling speed is very fast. The compressor stops running at the set temperature, saving a lot of electricity.

●Sound thermal conductivity and high pressure resistance

Aluminum alloy has excellent thermal conductivity; the difference between the evaporation temperature of the refrigerator and the temperature of the outer surface of the aluminum bar will be reduced; the evaporation temperature will increase, so the energy efficiency of the compressor is high, and the energy consumption is reduced; the heat transfer efficiency is greatly improved due to the well-designed structure compared with light pipes, and the rigidity of the fins and the compressive strength in the tube are greatly improved.

●Good setting, a high efficiency and a long service life

The ratio of the projected area and evaporation area of the aluminum bar can be one to three or one to four, so that the aluminum bar can be installed on the top surface of the cold store. In this way, firstly, the heat exchange capacity per unit evaporation area is higher and the energy efficiency is higher than using wall exhaust; secondly, it has a certain cold storage effect and the restart frequency of the compressor is reduced, thus saving a certain amount of power consumption. The system is clean and operates for a long lifespan, and the tube is treated with a special process to prolong the service life of components. Meanwhile it meets the standards regarding food hygiene.

●Light weight, easy installation and low drying loss of food

The aluminum bar is hoisted on the top of the storehouse to form a direct-cooling natural convection for heat transfer, which minimizes the drying loss of the food being cooled; the food features a good fresh-keeping effect, and the moisture on food is not volatile, causing less frost on the aluminum bar; the storehouse features moderate humidity, stable temperature, and sound effect of temperature and humidity maintenance, which reduces the equipment operating cost and achieves the effect of comprehensive energy saving.

●Small amount of refrigerant

Both the ammonia and the fluorine are acceptable, which expands the scope of application. The internal thread structure of the tube saves material and the amount of refrigerant.
