This project is a multi-layer cold storage facility, divided into two units with a design capacity of 20,000 tons. This includes 16,000 tons of low-temperature cold storage and 4,000 tons of high-temperature fresh-keeping storage. The project was completed in September 2014 and successfully passed the completion acceptance inspection by the expert group.

The project was completed in September 2014 and successfully passed the completion acceptance inspection by the expert panel.

 

Equipment Plan:

The project's refrigeration system compressor units use a combination of Bitzer screw and piston type parallel units. The low-temperature cold storage evaporators use aluminum alloy finned tube coils with hot nitrogen defrosting. The high-temperature preservation storage uses Alfa Laval air coolers, a leading international brand, with water defrosting. Polyurethane spray foam is used for cold storage insulation.

 

Advantages of the Plan:

The use of Bitzer screw and piston type parallel units offers new, high efficiency and stable operation. A PLC control system allows for remote monitoring. The low-temperature cold storage uses aluminum alloy finned tube evaporators, replacing traditional steel tubes, resulting in higher evaporation heat transfer efficiency. The latest hot gas defrosting system reduces defrosting time, lowers the cost of manual defrosting, and effectively reduces temperature fluctuations. The high-temperature storage uses Alfa Laval air coolers, with the defrosting water tank and evaporator cooling circulating water tank sharing resources, achieving energy recycling and high efficiency.
