Project Overview:
Jiaxing City Food and Meat Co., Ltd.'s cold chain logistics project features a four-story cold storage facility with a total capacity of 18,000 tons. The west side houses frozen goods cold storage rooms with a capacity of approximately 12,000 tons. One room on the west side of one floor has a small compartment for thawing, capable of freezing 30 tons at a time. The east side houses chilled goods cold storage rooms with a capacity of 6,000 tons (based on fresh vegetable storage). The ice-making room and ice storage are located on the first floor, with an ice-making capacity of 30 tons/24 hours and an ice storage capacity of 150 tons. Daily inbound goods amount to 30 tons.
Equipment Plan:
The system uses the environmentally friendly refrigerant R507A. The low-temperature system is equipped with one YBLD5-125YJ low-temperature screw parallel unit, the high-temperature system with two YBLK3-110YJ high-temperature screw parallel units, and the ice-making system with two direct-cooling ice-making sets of equipment.
Advantages of the Plan:
The units all use flash economizers, effectively improving the equipment's energy efficiency ratio. PLC control allows for linkage control with the terminal and has remote control capabilities. The low-temperature warehouse achieves full-liquid evaporation of the evaporator, resulting in higher evaporation heat transfer efficiency. The high-temperature warehouse uses Alfa Laval air coolers with water defrosting for high efficiency and energy saving.
