Project Overview:
The Jiajiali Logistics Park central kitchen food processing area, banana ripening room, fruit and vegetable preservation room, and low-temperature cold storage project, built by our company, is located in Taigu County, Jinzhong City, with a total area of over 20,000 square meters.
Advantages of the Scheme:
1. The banana ripening room system unit uses a Bitzer high-temperature screw parallel chiller unit, which is stable and reliable in operation and has a low failure rate; the room is equipped with ethylene and carbon dioxide detectors and humidifiers, further improving the quality and taste of bananas.
2. The food processing workshop has temperature zones covering -35°C quick-freezing rooms, -18°C and 0~4°C cold storage rooms, 12°C low-temperature food processing rooms, and 20~25°C clean processing rooms. Cold storage rooms with the same temperature are divided into the same evaporation temperature system. According to the load scale, Bitzer semi-hermetic piston or screw parallel units are selected. The automatic control of compressor capacity output perfectly matches the end load, achieving optimal energy-saving effects.
3. The fruit and vegetable preservation room and low-temperature cold storage room both use Bitzer piston parallel units, which are reliable in operation and have significant energy-saving effects.
