Project Overview:
Taiyuan Tianhe Food Group Co., Ltd. is the largest and oldest meat processing enterprise in Shanxi Province. It integrates pig breeding, slaughtering and processing, freezing and refrigeration, meat sales, aquatic product wholesale, and chain supermarkets.
Equipment Scheme:
The refrigeration host uses two sets of YBLD4-75J Bitzer low-temperature screw full-liquid parallel units with 5m³ barrel pumps; the evaporator uses an aluminum wing finned tube evaporator with hot gas defrost; the condensing system uses a BAC evaporative condenser; and all control valves use Danfoss series products.
Advantages of the Scheme:
1. Achieves full-liquid evaporation of the evaporator, with higher evaporation heat transfer efficiency and good cooling effect;
2. Utilizing the mechanical action of the refrigerant pump, it can overcome some resistance losses in the system and achieve long-distance liquid supply;
3. The system is simple and reliable to operate, achieving centralized control and automation, making the operation of the refrigeration compressor more stable and reliable;
4. Achieves hot gas defrost, greatly reducing the energy consumption of the traditional electric heating defrost method.
