The cold storage is divided into 6 floors: one underground floor (high-temperature cold storage) and five aboveground floors (low-temperature cold storage), with two rooms on each floor. The total design capacity of the high-temperature cold storage is approximately 3000 tons. The total design capacity of the low-temperature cold storage is approximately 17000 tons.

Project Overview:

The cold storage facility is divided into six floors: one underground floor (high-temperature cold storage) and five above-ground floors (low-temperature cold storage), with two rooms on each floor. The high-temperature cold storage has a total design capacity of approximately 3000 tons. The low-temperature cold storage has a total design capacity of approximately 17000 tons.

 

Equipment Plan:

The low-temperature storage uses two sets of YBLD3-125J Bitzer low-temperature screw full-liquid parallel units with 10m³ barrel pumps, while the high-temperature storage uses one set of YBHZ6-40 piston parallel unit;

The low-temperature storage evaporator uses an aluminum finned tube evaporator with hot gas defrost, while the high-temperature storage uses six GEA air coolers; with water defrost;

 

Advantages of the Plan:

1. Uses Bitzer screw and piston parallel units; each compressor has multi-stage energy regulation, and the economizer uses a flash tank, effectively improving the equipment's energy efficiency ratio. PLC control can be linked with the terminal and has remote control functionality.

2. Achieves full-liquid evaporation in the evaporator, resulting in higher evaporation heat transfer efficiency and better cooling effect;

3. Utilizing the mechanical action of the refrigerant pump can overcome some resistance losses in the system, enabling long-distance liquid supply;

4. Achieves hot gas defrost, significantly reducing the energy consumption of traditional electric heating defrost methods.
