Project Overview:
This project is located in Linfen City, Shanxi Province, and is a large-scale fruit preservation and controlled atmosphere storage facility invested by the National New Energy Group, covering an area of over 6000 square meters. The warehouse insulation uses double-sided color-coated steel polyurethane cold storage panels. The total storage capacity of the preservation warehouse is 3600 tons, and the total storage capacity of the controlled atmosphere warehouse is 1800 tons.
Equipment Scheme and Advantages:
The unit uses two sets of parallel Bitzer piston units to achieve multi-head energy regulation, ensuring reliable and stable operation. The evaporative condenser improves the refrigeration coefficient, making the system more economical. The evaporator uses a suspended air cooler, and the water-spray defrosting method is more energy-efficient. The use of fully automatic Italian controlled atmosphere equipment significantly improves the quality of stored fruit and achieves significant economic benefits.
