The cold storage building covers an area of 14,000 square meters, with a total design capacity of 17,360 tons, all of which are 0℃ pear preservation storages. The refrigeration unit adopts a Bitzer screw parallel unit, and the refrigeration system uses a refrigerant pump forced circulation full-liquid supply, overcoming the resistance loss in the system, realizing long-distance liquid supply, and significantly improving the refrigeration efficiency through full-liquid evaporation of the evaporator. The defrosting method is automatic hot gas defrosting, which is simple to operate and energy-efficient. The refrigeration system uses PCL control, combined with Internet cloud technology to realize online real-time data monitoring and active SMS alarm functions via a mobile phone APP.
