Xiang Huangqi Yongxia Animal Husbandry Development Company is a key project supported by the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Regional Government. It mainly develops the deep processing of beef and mutton projects, extending the industrial chain, including low-temperature cold storage, dual-temperature cold storage, aging cold storage, and quick-freezing cold storage, with a daily slaughter capacity of 70 tons.

Project Overview:

Xiang Huang Banner Yongxia Animal Husbandry Development Company is a key project supported by the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region government. It mainly develops beef and mutton deep processing projects, extending the industrial chain to include multiple cold rooms such as low-temperature cold storage, dual-temperature storage, aging rooms, and quick-freezing rooms, with a daily slaughter capacity of 70 tons.

 

Equipment Plan:

The project's refrigeration system uses a Bitzer unequal-capacity dual-temperature screw parallel unit and a refrigerant drum pump combination device. The aging room uses a ceiling-mounted air cooler, the low-temperature cold storage uses an aluminum alloy finned tube evaporator, the quick-freezing room uses aluminum alloy shelves + air cooler forced convection, and the dual-temperature room uses an aluminum alloy finned tube evaporator (refrigeration) and a ceiling-mounted air cooler (quick-freezing).

 

Advantages of the Plan:

It uses a Bitzer unequal-capacity dual-temperature screw parallel unit, which is new and highly efficient. The refrigerant drum pump combination device ensures long-distance liquid supply. A single control system is used for easy centralized control and automation.

The low-temperature cold storage uses an aluminum alloy finned tube evaporator, and the dual-temperature storage uses an aluminum alloy finned tube evaporator (refrigeration) and a ceiling-mounted air cooler (quick-freezing) for combined refrigeration, resulting in higher evaporative heat exchange efficiency, good cooling effect, and matching hot gas defrosting, which reduces the cost of manual defrosting and effectively prevents food dehydration.
