Project Overview:
This project is located in Jiajiali Logistics Park, Taigu County, Jinzhong City, Shanxi Province. It includes one cold storage room for chilled goods and two for frozen goods. The refrigeration system uses Freon (R507A) as the refrigerant with a direct expansion supply method.
Project Advantages:
The process design draws on advanced refrigeration technology from Bitzer, Germany, ensuring the safety, energy efficiency, and automation of the process system equipment. Key equipment and components are imported products, while mature equipment and materials are sourced domestically, improving the project's cost-effectiveness. This results in a more rational, economical, and reliable refrigeration system.
Each warehouse has independently installed control components, all selected from internationally renowned brands. The refrigeration system uses a PLC+central computer centralized control management system. This system features temperature control, defrosting, machine equipment operation status and fault alarm display, parameter setting, recording, historical query, and report printing functions. It also allows for remote control of machine equipment start/stop and evaporator defrosting via the computer interface and remote mobile terminal, providing real-time SMS alarm reminders and real-time data browsing and settings.
